Requirements

Home Assistant with HACS
A XiaoZhi AI device and its MCP access point address

01 · What it does

Expose Home Assistant's built-in Assist API to XiaoZhi AI as MCP tools
Proxy other MCP servers you have connected in Home Assistant to XiaoZhi from the same entity
Configure several entities at once
Tools follow the entities you expose to the Home Assistant voice assistant

02 · Install

Install from HACS: search for xiaozhi or ha-mcp-for-xiaozhi, download it, then restart Home Assistant
Settings > Devices & Services > Add Integration > search "Mcp" > MCP Server for Xiaozhi, then enter your XiaoZhi MCP access point address and pick the APIs
Choose exposed entities under Settings > Voice assistants > Expose
