Anan iPhone Use

ESP32 MCP firmware for iPhone USB input, built for M5Stack StopWatch with guided board adaptation

01 · What it does

  • Tap, double-tap and long-press at normalized screen coordinates
  • Drag, swipe or draw a stroke, and scroll a region
  • Press keyboard, editing and system keys; type ASCII text into the focused field
  • Report connection and control status; stop input and revoke control
  • Sends input to the iPhone over USB or experimental BLE. Your client supplies the screen view

02 · Install

$ git clone https://github.com/ananhq/anan-iphone-use.git
$ cd anan-iphone-use
  1. Open your agent in the repo and enter: "Use $anan-iphone-use to identify my board, flash the firmware and set up iPhone MCP." (skill at .agents/skills/anan-iphone-use/SKILL.md)
  2. Default MCP endpoint http://stopwatch.local/mcp, USB fallback http://192.168.7.1/mcp. Import the exported config, including its Bearer header
  3. Enable AssistiveTouch on the iPhone
  4. The firmware runs no model and takes no phone screenshots

Install steps taken from the project README (its recommended path first). Placeholders are the maintainer's. Not bench-tested by HardwareMCP yet.
